  2. Filter-ECWShalftone find it HEREor HERE
  3. My Word Art (optional) HEREthis is optional, zip has bonus inside.
  4. Brush HERE
  5. And a fat front of your choice
Let's begin
Open tube - copy and paste as new layer,Rename layer "tube".

Image resize to settings below



Resize canvas to settings below



New raster layer, fill with dark color
I used #1a1617, Drag layer below tube layer.Rename layer "base"

New raster layer,Rename layer "smoke" Select paint brush tool.
Use brush @cb-smudge6, Set tool to settings below.
Set color to #ffffff


Start paiting behind tube so that the edges come out around tube looking a little smokey
